Nowadays we have our R&D department and more than 20 paper cups or bowls forming machines in our plant. At the beginning of next year we are going to move our new factory to Yilingyan industrial zone. There are 4500 square meters indoor place for production to meet the market demand.

Our Quality Control
1. What are the materials? Is it food grade?
Our general materials are national food grade paper with food grade PE coated.
2. How thick the PE film is?
The paper is usually coated by 12-18g PE film.
3. How many colors can be printed? What if I want my own design ? Will it fade?
Normally print 4 colors, but can add spot color (PS: add color will need to pay the color plate charge). We can print the pattern that you ask us to do.
And it won’t fade because the printing will be protected by glossy layer or films.
4. Does the cup have peculiar smell?
The printing ink we use is no irritating smell, it is food grade.
5. How is the sealing for the cups?
Different market has different requirement, we can provide some samples for you to test and check.
6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, of course. Free samples, but freight collect. You are welcomed to contact us for more details.
7. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
8. How to buy the products/what is the payment term?
Sea & air shipping are both accepted. Normally it’s T/T payment and L/C at sight.
9. How to control the leakage problem during the mass production?
We have strict quality control system. We adopt regular sampling during the production.
10. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 7-10 days.
